1). The pixel stand out
This is the first thing that most people say when they talk about the reason that they do not like this art style. They often complain about the pixels. They say that the pixel are brought to the forefront and that there is nothing smooth about the way that the picture looks in the same wat that there is with standard printing papers. While it is true that a bad image will look worse on canvas, the canvas does not make look like this. If you use a high quality images, you will not see the pixels. 2). You do not get any frame
Many times, canvas printing is made without frames. This is not because the frame is not an option, but because they are not always needed. The canvas wrap all the way around and give the artwork a three-dimensional look that many people like; you can see the colors and images from all directions. If you do not want this in your home, however, a print company will be more than happy to sell you a frame. It can work in the same way that they would with another photograph.
3). It does not work for people, just for things
This is perhaps a myth that has been exaggerated because of how a canvas reveals a bad image for what it really is; A bad picture. When the face is blurrr, it will be exaggerated and noticeable. Therefore, this is why the rocks and trees will sometimes look better. They have less definition to begin with and it is no matter if they are a little blurry. As mentioned above, high-quality images will fix this problem.
